Speech Language Pathologist
**School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Early Intervention**
We're seeking a passionate **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)** to join a supportive school district in a full-time, onsite role serving young learners. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact during the critical early years of communication development.
**Position Details:**
* **Schedule:** Full-time
* **Setting:** School-based
* **Student Population:** Early Intervention through 1st Grade (ages 3–1st grade)
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct speech and language therapy services
* Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
* Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
**Qualifications:**
* Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain)
* Experience completing IEPs and comprehensive assessments is required
* School-based experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* **SLPAs will not be considered for this position**
