- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows also considered
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Solid knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
