Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid SLP state licensure, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in a school environment and with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong assessment, testing, and case management skills
- Ability to work effectively with educators, parents, and other members of the school team
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Comfortable participating in student conferences and IEP meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and re-assessments for students in K-12th grade
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy, targeting student-specific goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster optimal student outcomes
- Participate in conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, and contribute to the IEP process
- Provide support and expertise during student evaluations, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Adapt intervention to varying ages and needs within the caseload
This contract position is full-time, in-person, with potential renewal for the right fit. Compensation begins at $43 per hour and may vary with experience.
