What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid SLP license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs in a school setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and staff
- Passion for empowering students to reach their fullest communication potential
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges
- Design and provide evidence-based, individualized therapy
- Prepare and implement effective IEPs tailored to students’ unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Organize and present in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance and advocacy for each student
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
