Key Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active (or eligible) SLP licensure in North Carolina
• Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for supporting diverse learners
• Open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates (CFs)
• Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working full-time throughout the academic year
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct speech-language interventions to students
• Track progress and maintain timely records
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student academic goals
• Adapt sessions to varied age groups and abilities, based on caseload
