Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Selma, California
Experience an engaging contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a well-established school setting. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll help empower children to reach their communication goals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Bring your expertise and passion for pediatric speech-language pathology to this onsite role, working 37.5 hours per week through the new school year. You’ll manage a caseload across varied age groups (to be determined), providing valuable assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students in need of speech and language support.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP – CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, and/or teletherapy settings is a plus
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered service
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs and student needs
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, families, and staff
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development and peer learning
