A school district in Seguin, TX is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position for the 2026โ2027 school year. This opportunity will support a Kโ12 student population with a caseload of approximately 70โ80 students.
The position offers a hybrid component, allowing the SLP to work from home one day per week for report writing and documentation. Student testing and ARD meetings will be conducted in person.

ยท Provide bilingual speech and language therapy services to Kโ12 students
ยท Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
ยท Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
ยท Provide direct individual and group-based speech and language services
ยท Conduct required testing and evaluations in person
ยท Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with the studentโs educational team
ยท Develop appropriate goals and recommendations based on evaluation results
ยท Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school professionals
ยท Monitor student progress and complete required progress reports
ยท Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state requirements

ยท Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
ยท Bilingual speech-language experience required
ยท Experience working with Kโ12 students preferred
ยท Experience conducting evaluations and participating in ARD meetings is preferred
ยท Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 70โ80 students

ยท Masterโs degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
ยท Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license required
