A great school district in the Bastrop, Texas area is now looking to hire a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026โ2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract position offering 37.5 hours per week with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
The SLP will support a Kโ12 caseload of approximately 55โ60 students. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and hold an active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.

ยท Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to Kโ12 students.
ยท Provide bilingual speech-language support for Spanish-speaking students as needed.
ยท Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
ยท Provide individual, group, and consultative speech-language services.
ยท Support students with articulation, language, fluency, communication, and related needs.
ยท Develop and monitor appropriate IEP goals.
ยท Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with members of the educational team.
ยท Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress reports, and student records.
ยท Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other school-based professionals.
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:
ยท Previous school-based or pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience preferred.
ยท Experience working with Kโ12 students is preferred.
ยท Experience providing bilingual speech-language services is strongly preferred.
ยท Candidates should be comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 55โ60 students.
