Speech Language Pathologist in Sebastopol, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Valid state licensure for SLP or SLPA (if applicable)

- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and evidence-based therapy approaches
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver direct therapy services—both group and one-on-one—according to student needs
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and staff to optimize student outcomes
- Assist in supervision of SLPA staff if applicable
