Speech Language Pathologist in Seattle, WA

Make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ communication needs within a vibrant educational setting near Seattle, WA. We are seeking three dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work in-person at both the elementary and high school levels. This contract runs through June 17, 2027, offering full academic years of rewarding engagement and professional growth.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available to fit varying availability:
- 2 Full-Time SLPs: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours/week
- 1 Part-Time SLP (.8): 4 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to elementary or high school students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to create effective treatment plans
- Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation standards
- Foster a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive therapy environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid WA State SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Fingerprint clearance through OSPI is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
