Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Washington State SLP license/certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working within school settings and with K-12 students
- Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 45 students
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI as a compliance requirement
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students on-site
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and case notes in compliance with state and district standards
- Participate actively in team meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions
- Adapt therapy modalities to meet the unique needs of students from diverse backgrounds
This is a full-time, contract position (37.5 hours/week), starting August 26, 2026, and concluding June 16, 2027. You will play an essential role on campus, contributing to a collaborative educational environment and making a meaningful difference each day.
