Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid and current SLP license for Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP development and educational documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, assessment, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed and timely records, including progress reports and documentation for IEP meetings
- Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
- Participate in professional development and school-based meetings as required
