Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Speech Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain)
- Current teaching certification
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willingness to secure one)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric populations and school-based therapy highly valued
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a dynamic school team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students
- Complete screenings, assessments, and individualized treatment plans
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain compliance with educational standards and reporting requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student growth
