Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) eligibility preferred
- Experience working within school-based speech-language pathology services
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, therapy techniques, and IDEA regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school personnel
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain accurate records
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Monitor and document student progress regularly
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
