Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Schertz, Texas

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain
- Experience delivering assessments, developing IEPs, and supporting students in pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs of students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Work across two campuses, delivering direct therapy and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with local and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide training or resources to staff as necessary
