What We’re Looking For:
- Current TX state Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in school-based settings, working with pediatrics and K-12 students
- Strong clinical skills and ability to tailor interventions to individual student needs
- Effective communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to best practices in speech, language, and communication therapies
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Document treatment sessions and maintain ongoing student records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insight to support student outcomes
- Offer consultation and training to staff regarding communication strategies and interventions
