Key Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP license AND current GA Professional Standards Commission certification required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong CF candidates are welcome
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students in individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student achievement
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development activities
