A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Little Falls, MN. This contract role offers the opportunity to support students' communication and language development within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for school-aged children
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to school programs aimed at enhancing student outcomes
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Minnesota Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) desirable
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
