Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule: 32.5 Hours/Week | Full-Time | Full 2026–2027 School Year
Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming school district in Santa Rosa, California for the 2026–2027 school year. Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP License
- ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
