Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP License
- Experience with elementary school-aged students preferred
- Ability to support mild to moderate student needs effectively
- Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 55 students
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply; supervision provided
- No SLPA required for this role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain required documentation and participate in meetings as needed
- Provide services onsite across both designated elementary locations
Compensation Details:
- Hourly Rate: $55-$62
