Role Summary
As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in Sanford, Florida, you will provide speech and language assessments, direct therapy services, and collaborative support to help students access their education. Compensation is based on licensure and experience.
Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Support development of IEP goals and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Provide direct, consultative, and collaborative services to students and staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
• Communicate strategies and resources to educators and families
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs considered
• School-based experience preferred
