Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Arizona
- SLP-CCC credentials required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for working with PK–6th grade students
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50–70 students efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Track and document students’ progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input
- Provide direct and indirect therapy to support student goals
