Pediatric SLP in San Ramon, CA
An exciting full-time opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within elementary and middle school settings near Antioch, CA. This contract position focuses on delivering direct intervention, case management, and consultation in schools, helping students achieve their communication goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across elementary and middle school levels
- Manage individualized caseloads, ensuring compliance with educational and therapeutic standards
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document outcomes
- Deliver consultation and support to school staff as needed
- Work independently while maintaining ongoing communication with the clinical advisory team and school personnel
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in California (SLP)
- Experience providing therapy services in school or pediatric healthcare settings
- Ability to manage multiple cases with strong organizational skills
- Experience with teletherapy is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Commitment to working independently with minimal supervision
