Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity during the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to serve a diverse TK–12 student population while collaborating with a supportive team of speech-language professionals in a dynamic educational environment.
Work Schedule:
* Monday – Friday
* 35 hours per week
* Start Date: August 2026
* End Date: May 2027

Position Details:
* TK–12 caseload
* Onsite position
* One school site
* Work alongside a team of four speech professionals
* Collaborative and supportive educational environment
* Bilingual Spanish candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
* Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
* Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license required (or ability to obtain)
* ASHA CCCs preferred
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Bilingual Spanish preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
