ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in San Jose, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive district team and make an immediate impact supporting a diverse student population.
Position Details

Onsite school-based role
Hiring now / immediate start available
Bilingual required or strongly preferred (Spanish/English preferred)
Pay rate: $55–$65+/hour based on experience
Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Support bilingual students with speech and language needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
Monitor and report student progress toward goals
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English preferred or required)
CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
School-based experience preferred, but not required
