Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active and unencumbered SLP license (or eligibility) for California
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience is highly desirable
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, but strong CF candidates are welcome
- Adaptability, outstanding communication skills, and a team-oriented approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Monitor progress and document outcomes in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate regularly with educators, support staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
