Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students from PreK through 8th grade as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This role is designed for passionate, motivated clinicians who enjoy working with diverse pediatric populations and thrive in a school-based environment. The position involves collaborating with a supportive educational team to provide vital services to approximately 19 students.

Your expertise and compassion will make a difference providing speech and language interventions that help students succeed both academically and socially. The position is part-time, with a commitment of three days per week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Appropriate state licensure or credential for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based practice
  • Teletherapy skills and comfort with remote service delivery are a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans for students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services—in-person and virtually as needed
  • Monitor progress and maintain documentation according to district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
