About the Role
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to helping students build strong communication skills and thrive academically—all from your home office? We’re seeking an experienced and passionate SLP to provide virtual speech and language services to K–12 students throughout California. This fully remote role allows you to deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy while collaborating with educators, families, and school teams across the state.
What You’ll Do

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs and educational goals

Provide engaging, research-based teletherapy sessions through secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school personnel to support and monitor student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active California SLP license issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (SLPAHADB)

California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) authorization for school-based SLPs (Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential or equivalent), or eligibility
