Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | San Bernardino, California

Key Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license (SLP-CCC or CFY applicants welcome)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology
- Familiarity with typical SLP duties: assessment, intervention, documentation, and participation in IEP process
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to travel between school sites within the district
- Background in SLP healthcare settings, pediatric caseloads, or school environments is highly valued
Role Expectations:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with district protocols
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
- Document student performance and therapy notes accurately and in a timely fashion
- Engage in scheduled team meetings and paid administrative time as part of workload
- Adapt therapy sessions and materials to accommodate various learning environments across multiple schools
- Training on district IEP systems and administrative support provided
