Travel School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Antonio, Texas

This opening is specifically for two bilingual SLPs for the first nine-week period of the school year (August 17th to October 9th), covering maternity leaves. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your professional horizons by collaborating with educators and students representing varied backgrounds, broadening your clinical skills and enhancing your resume. With provided supervision, you’ll also support a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), gaining valuable experience in team leadership and mentorship.
Requirements:
- Current CCC-SLP certification or eligibility (CFYs considered; however, experienced clinicians preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare SLP roles
- Ability to supervise a bilingual SLPA (for SLP, not CFY)
- Commitment to full-time, onsite work (37.5 hours/week) throughout assignment duration
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Supervise a bilingual SLPA, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
