School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Salem, New Hampshire

This contract opportunity serves a K-2 caseload and spans August 2026 through June 2027, with two full-time positions available and weekly hours totaling 32.5 to 37.5.
You'll work with small groups, typically ten or fewer students, most of whom are on the autism spectrum and benefit from AAC devices. Collaborate in classrooms staffed with support professionals such as Registered Behavior Technicians and paraprofessionals, allowing you to focus on impactful, individualized interventions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in New Hampshire
- Schools-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication devices
- Comfort and experience with autism spectrum disorders in early childhood education
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-2 students
- Deliver speech and language interventions tailored for students with autism and those requiring AAC
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, RBTs, and paraprofessionals for integrated support
- Track student progress and maintain comprehensive records
- Engage in ongoing communication with families and educational teams to foster student success
