A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Saint Paul, MN, offering an engaging opportunity to work directly with students from kindergarten through 8th grade. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to approximately 36 in-person K-8 students, with additional evaluations potentially increasing caseload size.
- Conduct therapy sessions for about 10 virtual students, delivering comprehensive care across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success and communicate treatment goals.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working within K-8 educational settings.
- Proven ability to manage both in-person and virtual caseloads effectively.
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills related to speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
