Desired Experience & Preferences:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required; supervision for CFs unavailable at this time)
- Pediatric, healthcare, or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students ages PreK-12
- Comfortable serving diverse populations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability for navigating varying school start times and schedules
- Commitment to culturally responsive and equitable practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students ranging from preschool to high school
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for student-centered interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
