Qualifications:
- Active Missouri SLP or SLPA license required
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfort working with students who communicate with AAC devices
- Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads or assignments
- Successful completion of district credentialing (fingerprinting, technology agreement)
- Willingness to participate in a short video prescreen interview
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy (direct and consultative) per IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop AAC strategies and support communication needs for non-verbal students
- Maintain accurate service logs and progress reports
- Provide input on best practices for assistive technology
