- Thorough understanding of best practices in speech-language pathology
- Must complete fingerprinting and provide TCN number for district clearance
- Willingness to sign and submit district-required technology agreement
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students at Lemasters Elementary in the Riverview Gardens School District
- Potentially assist at a second school as district requirements evolve
- Manage a caseload equating to roughly 3,400 service minutes, spanning students with diverse communication abilities
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families
- Support non-verbal students with AAC device implementation and training
