Speech Language Pathologist in Saint Francis, MN

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Appropriate state licensure for speech-language pathology
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and progress monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure integrated support
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
- Provide direct and consultative services, adapting interventions as needed
- Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
