What We’re Looking For:
- Current Missouri SLP or SLPA license (active and in good standing)
- Experience supporting school-age children, especially those with communication challenges
- Familiarity with AAC devices and techniques for non-verbal students preferred
- Strong adaptability to shifting district and student needs
- Stellar communication and organization skills
- Ability to complete all onboarding and credentialing steps (including fingerprinting and required forms) in a timely manner
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary-age students at primarily one school, with the possibility of assisting at another site as needed
- Manage a caseload totaling approximately 3400 service minutes, supporting a diverse range of learners
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and team members to create individualized intervention plans
- Document student progress accurately, contributing to IEP meetings and reports
- Ensure AAC users receive ongoing support to maximize their communication potential
