Speech and Language Pathologist - Middleburg, FL
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services within a K-12 public school setting, delivering support to students with mild to moderate communication disorders. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and therapy outcomes.
- Manage an estimated caseload of approximately 60 students, adapting services to varied needs.
- Travel between multiple school locations as an itinerant clinician.
Qualifications:
- Current Florida Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings.
- Ability to manage a moderate caseload and provide effective therapy interventions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work 35 hours per week, typically 7 hours per day.
