Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF applicants are welcome
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing each student’s IEP goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, adapting techniques to each learner’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support holistic development
- Maintain thorough records and meet all documentation and compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to address student progress and needs
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and families as required
