Serving as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting based in Sacramento, CA, this full-time contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and learning abilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations and reporting standards
- Participate in ongoing professional development and utilize mentorship resources to enhance clinical skills
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license and California Teaching Credential (CTC) in the relevant discipline
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Experience working in school environments with diverse pediatric caseloads
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
