Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fillmore, CA

Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active CA SLP license or CA CTC credential required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), welcomed
- Proven experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Competency in teletherapy platforms is highly valuable
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students ranging from preschool through 12th grade
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, create reports, and develop treatment plans
- Design and implement individualized interventions for a diverse caseload, adjusting to unique student needs
- Maintain detailed records and collaborate in IEP team meetings
- Communicate progress to parents, teachers, and support staff
- Flexibly provide services both in person and via teletherapy, as needed
