- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania
- Experience providing speech and language services within a school setting preferred
- Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating disorders of speech, language, communication, and swallowing
- Able to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working with students across K-12 grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Speech-Language services to K-12 students, tailored to meet their individual education plans and goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that address students’ communication needs
- Offer direct individual and group therapy, as well as consultative support to teachers and parents
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contribute expertise to IEP processes, and provide insight on speech and language best practices
