Speech Language Pathologist in Rowe, NM

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification required
- Experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt approaches to fit diverse student needs
- Eligible for New Mexico state licensure
What You’ll Do:
- Provide dedicated speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Document therapy progress and collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers
- Lead or contribute to IEP meetings and education plans
- Conduct screenings and evaluations as needed
- Offer student and family education to support the carryover of skills outside of the school setting
- Ensure all therapy and documentation adhere to state and district guidelines
