School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Rossford, OH
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative school-based team in Rossford.
Position Details
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- Direct and indirect service delivery model
- Supporting a team of SLPs across the district
- Caseload: approximately 70 students (PreK–12)
Student Population
- PreK–12th grade caseload
- Several students utilize AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
- Collaborative, team-based service model across multiple clinicians
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services
- Deliver indirect services including collaboration, consultation, and documentation
- Support AAC implementation and communication systems for students
- Work closely with a team of SLPs across the district
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Maintain accurate documentation and service tracking
Qualifications
- Active Ohio SLP license required
- School-based experience preferred
- Experience or comfort with AAC devices strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-SLP team
- Strong communication, organization, and flexibility skills
This is a strong team-based role ideal for an SLP who enjoys collaboration, AAC support, and a diverse PreK–12 caseload.
