School Speech Language Pathologist - Roseville, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP in California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desired
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to best practices in school-based speech therapy
