Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to family homes for evaluations
- Experience supporting B-3 (birth to three) families preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Initial Part C evaluations in home settings
- Collaborate with families and educational teams to develop individualized plans
