Speech Language Pathologist in Roseburg, OR
Step into a rewarding contract position supporting K-12 students with speech and language needs in a thriving school environment near Roseburg, OR. You'll serve a manageable caseload of 55 students, utilizing modern tools and resources—such as SLP Toolkit, LessonPix, iPads, and a variety of AAC trial apps—to create strong positive outcomes for your students. Enjoy a well-equipped speech room and access to robust testing measures, including QGlobal/Interactive and top assessment kits like the Arizona, CASL, and TOLD.
As a valued team member, you’ll have biweekly department support trainings and the advantage of being able to start remote service before your on-site arrival.
Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLP License required
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CF) ready to grow their practice
- Experience or comfort with AAC devices preferred
- Pediatric SLP skills, school-based experience, and SLP-CCC welcomed
- Enthusiastic about working with students across the K-12 age spectrum
Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload
- Implement IEPs and contribute to student evaluation using comprehensive assessment tools
- Collaborate meaningfully with educators, families, and other specialists
- Use innovative digital resources for therapy planning and data management
- Participate in ongoing professional development and trainings
This position offers a highly competitive pay rate of $50-$55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, and includes weekly pay, comprehensive insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, and more), matching 401k, and access to a flexible spending account.
