What We’re Looking For:
- Active Illinois license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois, or eligibility to obtain one
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome to apply
- Experience in school settings is valued, though enthusiastic new graduates will be considered
- Commitment to fostering communication and academic growth in young learners
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve a full-time caseload (37.5 hours per week) in a supportive school setting
- Address a range of speech and language needs for elementary or early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring aligned with best practices
- Participate in orientation (starting 8/3) with instructional days beginning 8/11 and concluding 5/28/27
