Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status accepted
- School-based experience, particularly with high school-aged students, is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to a diverse high school caseload
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and provide ongoing support to help students succeed in academic and social settings
