Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Experience working within school-based settings, serving K-12 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Conversational or fluent Spanish highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
- Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and maintain thorough records
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights to student programs
- Support students from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds
